Responsible
Gambling at 777pr

Gambling is entertainment — and like any form of entertainment, it should stay fun, affordable and in your control. This page covers every tool and resource 777pr makes available to help Pakistani players make informed decisions, set meaningful limits and get support if gambling stops being enjoyable.

18+ Only Deposit & Loss Limits Self-Exclusion Available

Gambling Should Always
Stay Your Choice

At 777pr, responsible gambling is not a compliance checkbox — it is a core part of how we operate. We know that for the vast majority of players across Pakistan, from Karachi to Lahore, from Islamabad to Peshawar, gambling is a leisure activity they enjoy occasionally and within their means. Our job is to make sure the tools and information exist to keep it that way, and to provide genuine support when things tip in a direction they shouldn't.

Problem gambling is real. It can affect anyone regardless of income, background or how experienced a bettor they are. The signs are often subtle at first — missed sessions at work, spending a little more than planned, chasing a loss that felt recoverable. Left unaddressed, those small patterns can grow into serious harm affecting not just the individual but their families and communities.

We take that seriously. 777pr provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and full self-exclusion — all accessible from your account dashboard without needing to contact support. We also provide educational guidance on recognising warning signs and knowing where to turn for independent help.

This page does not cover all legal obligations in your jurisdiction. Gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related laws in Pakistan. 777pr does not claim to be licensed by the Government of Pakistan or any Pakistani authority. If you are unsure about your legal obligations, consult a qualified professional.

Remember: Gambling is not a way to make money or solve financial problems. Every game involves risk and the house always holds a statistical edge over time. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose — whether that means PKR 500 or PKR 50,000.

18+ Only — Strictly Enforced

The 777pr platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over — or the higher minimum age required by your operator or license jurisdiction, whichever applies. Being 18 does not, by itself, confirm that gambling is lawful in your location in Pakistan.

Age verification checks are conducted during KYC. Any account where the holder is found to be underage will be closed immediately and any balance returned in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. If you know a minor who has accessed this platform, please contact our support team immediately.

Six Tools Built Into Your Account

Every tool listed here is available from your account dashboard. You do not need to call support or wait for approval to activate limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately — increasing one may require a reflection period.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum amount you can deposit over a daily, weekly or monthly window. Once your limit is reached, further deposits are blocked until the period resets. You can set a PKR-denominated cap that reflects what you have budgeted for entertainment — nothing more. Limit reductions apply immediately; increases require a mandatory waiting period.

Loss Limits

Distinct from deposit limits, a loss limit caps how much you can lose within a set period regardless of how many times you deposit or withdraw during that window. This is one of the most effective tools for players who want to set a hard ceiling on the financial impact of a bad run before it starts.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum session duration — for example, 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours. When your session limit is reached, the platform displays a notification and, if configured, logs you out automatically. Time limits are especially useful during late-night sessions when decisions can become less considered.

Cooling-Off Period

If you need a short break without committing to full self-exclusion, a cooling-off period temporarily suspends your account for a defined number of days or weeks. During this time, you cannot deposit, play or access betting markets. Promotional communications are also paused during any cooling-off period.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion closes your account for a minimum period you select — from six months up to five years, or permanently. Your account cannot be reopened until the exclusion period ends and the reinstatement process is completed. We also remove you from all marketing lists for the duration. See the step-by-step guide below.

Reality Checks

Reality check notifications appear on screen at intervals you choose — every 30, 60 or 90 minutes — showing how long you have been logged in and your net win/loss for the session. A quick, factual snapshot that helps you make a conscious decision about whether to continue, take a break or stop for the day.

Setting Up Self-Exclusion

The process is straightforward and intentionally easy to complete — because when you decide to stop, we want nothing standing in your way.

1
Log In to Your Account

Access your 777pr account from any device. You will need to be logged in to access the responsible gambling settings panel.

2
Navigate to Responsible Gambling Settings

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gambling. All limit and exclusion tools are grouped in one section for easy access.

3
Select "Self-Exclusion" and Choose Your Period

Choose a duration: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanent. For permanent exclusion, a brief verification step is required to confirm your decision.

4
Confirm Your Request

Confirm via your registered email. Your account will be suspended immediately upon confirmation. Any real-money balance will be held securely pending identity verification for return.

5
You're Done — We Handle the Rest

You will be removed from all marketing communications. No bonus emails, no re-engagement campaigns. If you need help at any point during the process, contact support directly.

Cannot access your account? If you are in crisis and cannot log in, email [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request" and your registered email address. We will process your request within one business day and suspend access immediately on verification.

Signs That Gambling May Be a Problem

Problem gambling does not always look dramatic. Often it shows up in subtle changes of behaviour or thought patterns over weeks and months. If any of the following apply to you — or someone you know — it is worth pausing and seeking support.

  • Gambling with money meant for essential expenses — rent, utilities, groceries or family obligations.
  • Chasing losses — continuing to gamble in an attempt to win back money you have already lost.
  • Feeling anxious, irritable or restless when you are not gambling or when you try to stop.
  • Spending increasing amounts of time or money to get the same level of excitement.
  • Hiding your gambling activity from family members, friends or colleagues.
  • Borrowing money, taking loans or liquidating savings to fund gambling activity.
  • Neglecting work, studies, family responsibilities or social life because of gambling.
  • Repeatedly making unsuccessful attempts to cut down or stop gambling on your own.
  • Feeling that gambling is the only way to escape stress, anxiety, financial pressure or personal problems.
Recognising a sign is not weakness — it is awareness. Reaching out early makes a real difference. Please use the self-assessment tool below or contact support at any time.

Check In With Yourself

The following questions are drawn from widely used responsible gambling self-assessment frameworks. They are for personal reflection only — not a clinical diagnosis. Answer honestly to get a clear picture of your current relationship with gambling.

Ten Questions to Ask Yourself

Think about your gambling activity over the past twelve months when answering. A "Yes" answer to two or more questions suggests it may be worth talking to someone — whether that is a trusted friend, a counsellor or our support team.

01

Have you ever gambled with money you needed for rent, bills or daily living expenses?

02

Have you tried to win back money you lost gambling by placing more bets?

03

Have you ever borrowed money or sold items to fund gambling?

04

Has gambling ever made you feel anxious, depressed or hopeless?

05

Have you hidden your gambling activity from family or friends?

06

Have you missed work, study or important family commitments because of gambling?

07

Have you spent more than you intended to on gambling in the past month?

08

Do you find it difficult to stop gambling once you have started a session?

09

Have you ever used gambling as a way to escape stress, boredom or personal problems?

10

Have you tried to cut down or stop gambling and found yourself unable to do so?

What your answers mean:

0–1 Yes answers: Your gambling appears to be within healthy limits. Continue to use deposit and session limits to stay in control.

2–4 Yes answers: Some signs of risky behaviour are present. Consider setting stricter limits and reviewing your gambling habits. Speaking with a counsellor is a positive step, not a last resort.

5+ Yes answers: These results suggest gambling may be causing you significant harm. Please use the self-exclusion tool or contact support immediately. You are not alone and help is available.

Getting Independent Help

Sometimes the most important step is talking to someone outside of the platform. The following organisations and resources provide support for problem gambling and related mental health issues. These are mentioned as context and general information only — 777pr is not affiliated with any of them and cannot guarantee service availability.

Gamblers Anonymous

An international fellowship of individuals who share their experience, strength and hope with each other to help solve their common problem and recover from compulsive gambling. GA operates a twelve-step programme with meeting groups in many countries. Search for meetings or literature online at the GA international website.

GamCare

GamCare is a leading provider of information, advice, support and free counselling for problem gamblers and their affected families and friends. Their resources are available internationally online and may be particularly helpful for English-speaking users including those in Pakistan seeking structured support materials.

BeGambleAware

BeGambleAware provides information, tools and support to help people make informed decisions about gambling and to help those affected by problem gambling. Their online resources include self-assessment tools, self-help guides and signposting to treatment services internationally.

Local Mental Health Support (Pakistan)

In Pakistan, mental health and addiction counselling is available through hospitals in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other cities. Services include the Institute of Psychiatry at Benazir Bhutto Hospital (Rawalpindi), Aga Khan University Hospital (Karachi), and various private counselling centres. Speak to your GP or a trusted health professional for a referral.

National Problem Gambling Helpline (International)

Various country-specific helplines operate in licensing jurisdictions. Where 777pr's operator holds a license, player support information including helpline references will be available within the operator's official documentation. Check your operator's licence terms for jurisdiction-specific resources.

777pr Support Team

Our customer support team is available 24/7 in English and can assist with activating any responsible gambling tool on your account. For urgent self-exclusion requests or if you are in distress, email [email protected] with the subject line "Responsible Gambling — Urgent" and we will prioritise your case.

Practical Habits That Keep Gambling Enjoyable

Budget Before You Start

Decide your session budget in advance — whether it's PKR 500 or PKR 5,000 — and stop when it's gone. Do not dip into any other funds.

Set a Time Limit

Use the session timer. Decide before opening the app how long you will play — and honour that commitment even if you're winning.

Never Chase Losses

A loss is a loss. Increasing bets or extending your session to "get back even" is the fastest route to losing significantly more.

Avoid Late-Night Sessions

Tiredness impairs judgement. Late-night gambling sessions — especially after midnight — consistently lead to larger losses and poorer decisions.

Play Informed. Play Responsibly.

Your wellbeing matters more than any bonus or jackpot. Set your limits today, check our FAQ for common questions about responsible gambling tools, or visit the homepage to explore 777pr's full range of games and betting markets — knowing you have everything in place to play safely.
