Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777pr ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://777pr.cam and all associated services, features and content offered therein.

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the 777pr platform — whether to read educational content, access gaming services or review betting markets — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777pr platform. Continued use of the platform following publication of any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and use the 777pr platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active account:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or your license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Being of the minimum age does not, of itself, confirm that gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or from which the Platform's operator has voluntarily excluded users.
4. Own Account: You must be registering an account in your own name, using your own personal details. Registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on this platform or any related operator platform.
6. Not Previously Suspended: You must not have had an account terminated by 777pr for breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

4.1   Users must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering an account. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, country of residence, city, email address and phone number.

4.2   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You agree to notify 777pr immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

4.3   Only one account is permitted per individual, per household and per device. If duplicate accounts are detected, 777pr reserves the right to close all but the first verified account and to forfeit any bonuses or winnings generated through the duplicate account.

4.4   777pr may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without being obliged to provide a reason.

Terms of Use

5.1   The 777pr platform is made available for personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational purposes. Any commercial use, systematic data extraction, screen-scraping or automated querying of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

5.2   Users must use the Platform only for its intended purpose. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, engage in arbitrage or otherwise circumvent the Platform's systems constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.3   777pr reserves the right to void any bets, cancel any game rounds and reverse any transactions that are the result of, or reasonably suspected to be the result of, system error, software malfunction or fraudulent activity, regardless of whether funds have already been credited to a User's account.

5.4   The Platform may be unavailable from time to time for scheduled maintenance or due to circumstances beyond 777pr's reasonable control. 777pr accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

Deposits & Payments

6.1   All deposits must be made using payment methods approved by the operator and available to your account at the relevant time. The availability of specific payment methods varies by jurisdiction and operator policy.

6.2   For reference, payment methods familiar to Pakistani users include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These are cited as familiar local payment rails only. 777pr does not represent that any of these providers currently supports or endorses gambling transactions, and their mention here does not constitute an endorsement from those providers.

6.3   Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method, account verification status and applicable operator policy.

6.4   You must only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may trigger AML review.

6.5   All transactions are processed in the currency supported by your account. Where currency conversion applies, it will be performed at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. Exchange-rate fluctuations are not the responsibility of 777pr.

Withdrawals

7.1   Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits or otherwise verified as belonging to the account holder. This requirement exists as part of 777pr's AML and fraud prevention obligations.

7.2   Prior to processing any withdrawal, 777pr reserves the right to conduct KYC verification. Users who have not completed identity verification may find withdrawal requests placed on hold until satisfactory documentation is received.

7.3   Processing times are indicative and vary by payment method, verification status and operator review queue. 777pr does not guarantee instant or same-day withdrawal processing.

7.4   777pr reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where unusual betting patterns or multiple account activity is detected.

7.5   Any fees associated with withdrawal processing will be disclosed to you at the time of the withdrawal request. 777pr does not absorb third-party payment processor fees beyond any amount stated in its published fee schedule.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1   Bonuses and promotional offers are made available at 777pr's sole discretion. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions and expiry dates.

8.2   Unless an offer explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered in full in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, the deposited amount, or both, as specified per promotion.

8.3   777pr reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including after a User has opted in, where continued operation of the promotion would be unlawful, commercially unviable or in breach of regulatory requirements.

8.4   All bonus amounts and illustrative PKR figures published on the 777pr platform are indicative only. Actual bonus amounts offered to individual users depend on operator terms at the time of registration or qualification.

8.5   Any User found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the creation of duplicate accounts, coordinated group play for bonus extraction, or the use of automated betting tools — will have their bonuses voided and their account subject to suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and may result in account suspension, permanent ban and/or legal action:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence tools to exploit game mechanics or generate unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities and failing to report them promptly to support.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reverse payment requests after using deposited funds.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users.
• Attempting to bypass or circumvent self-exclusion, cooling-off or account restriction tools.

Responsible Gambling

10.1   777pr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide, as part of the Platform, a range of tools to help Users manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options.

10.2   Users are encouraged to set limits before they begin playing. Limits can be set or adjusted from the account dashboard. Requests to reduce limits are actioned immediately. Requests to increase limits may be subject to a cooling-off period.

10.3   If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, you are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility or contact our support team. Full details of responsible gambling resources and support channels are available on our Responsible Gambling page.

10.4   777pr reserves the right to enforce responsible gambling restrictions on any account where there is evidence of problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the User has requested such restrictions.

Intellectual Property

11.1   All content on the 777pr platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 777pr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, redistribution, sale, sublicensing or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

11.3   The 777pr brand name, logo and all associated marks are proprietary. Unauthorised use of these marks in any medium without express written consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

12.1   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777pr and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

12.2   777pr does not represent or warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

12.3   777pr accepts no liability for losses arising from: (a) Platform unavailability or technical failure; (b) errors in odds or game results subsequently corrected; (c) your reliance on information or content published on the Platform; or (d) circumstances beyond 777pr's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, cyberattacks or governmental action.

12.4   Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusions are prohibited by applicable law.

Termination

13.1   You may close your 777pr account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method following completion of any pending KYC or AML review, provided no breach of these Terms is outstanding.

13.2   777pr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a User has breached these Terms, where fraud or abuse is suspected, or where continued operation of the account is required to be curtailed by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

13.3   Upon termination for breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at 777pr's discretion following appropriate investigation and net of any amounts owed by the User.

Governing Law

14.1   These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated and/or licensed, as specified in the operator's official published documentation.

14.2   Users in Pakistan acknowledge that gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial statutes. 777pr does not claim that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan and expressly disclaims any representation to that effect. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law.

14.3   Any dispute arising between you and 777pr shall first be referred to our customer support team in writing for good-faith resolution. If not resolved informally, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the operator's published dispute resolution procedure.

Amendments

15.1   777pr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice published on the Platform.

15.2   The date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

15.3   Continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept a revision, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with Clause 13.1.
